I made this bear with compatibility and as it is fully rigged you can also use this avatar as a fully pose-able world asset such as an NPC or even a simple toy.
By purchasing this Avatar base you are buying a license for the unity package,the base textures I made for this model, The blend file, and the FBX for this model all for use in any non-commercial (with exception of commission work provided both you and your client have bought this model in some form or fashion) venture you might want to partake in. You may also modify this model as you see fit and make public version of this avatar, all i ask is that you credit me for the creation of the base for such use.
